The Map to Everywhere is the first book in a fantasy series. Marrill is from Arizona where it is hot, when she sees a puddle in a parking lot that grows and grows and grows until a pirate ship appears. Fin is a boy that everyone forgets except Marrill. The two join the crew of a pirate ship and begin their adventure on the Pirate Stream in search for the elusive Map to Everywhere. They are not the only ones looking for the map, however, there is a man who cries black tears looking for it as well. Part adventure, part fantasy and completely awesome this is a great book for any middle schooler who loves a good story. Recommended for ages 11 and up.
